Technology and Innovation Instructor - Porto Alegre/RS

Codifica is looking for Instructors to deliver our educational pathways in technology, innovation, and computational thinking to Early Childhood and Elementary School students. We are seeking passionate educators who are enthusiastic, organized, and eager to grow within a collaborative and continuously evolving environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver Codifica's educational pathways by leading hands-on activities in technology, innovation, and computational thinking. * Encourage logical reasoning, creativity, and cooperation among students. * Introduce basic programming and maker robotics concepts in an accessible and fun way. * Monitor class progress and adapt teaching approaches when necessary. * Conduct assessments and reports according to the schedule defined by each partner. * Record attendance, grades, and observations in school systems and on Codifica's platform. * Produce follow-up records (photos/videos) to support the platform and internal communication. * Participate in weekly follow-up meetings and internal training sessions. * Support student participation in olympiads, hackathons, and educational events. **Hard Skills:** * Technical or higher education enrollment from the 3rd semester onwards in Education, Pedagogy, Teaching degrees, or Technology fields. * Prior experience in learning environments with children and pre-teens. * Knowledge in programming logic, maker robotics, and digital games will be considered advantageous but are not mandatory (Codifica provides training for delivering the pathways). * Ability to use digital management and communication tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Canva). * Ability to meet deadlines and consistently record data. * Strong written communication and information organization skills. **Soft Skills:** * Passion for teaching and learning alongside students. * Clear communication and a collaborative attitude. * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactiveness and initiative in problem-solving. * Ease in working within teams and adapting to new demands. * Empathy, patience, and active listening. * Enjoyment in demonstrating results and sharing experiences. **Other Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience in maker robotics, game programming, olympiads/hackathons, or technological fairs. * Previous experience delivering technology classes, workshops, or training sessions. * Intermediate level English proficiency. * Valid driver's license / personal vehicle. * Reside in or have easy access to Plano Diretor Sul. **Compensation:** * **Employment type:** CLT (full-time monthly contract) * **Salary range:** To be determined based on experience level. * **Benefits:** * Health insurance (co-payment only upon usage) * Dental plan * Transportation allowance / Fuel assistance * Mental health support benefit * Birthday day off * Collaborative environment and professional growth opportunities * Access to Codifica's internal training programs (courses, workshops, learning paths) **Work Model:** On-site, with remote planning/organizational activities.
