Recruitment, development, and conflict management Industry: Automotive Parts / Automotive Retail Position: Senior HR Analyst (Generalist) Work Modality: On-site – CLT Location: São José do Rio Preto – SP Main Responsibilities: * Lead generalist HR activities with focus on people, culture, organization, and processes; responsible for implementing the full HR function within the company, collaborating with leadership, HR Administration (DP), and Marketing to ensure internal standardization, effective communication, and organized routine operations. * Build and implement HR from scratch (end-to-end process); * Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection (alignment with leaders, job posting, screening, interviews, and hiring support); * Support terminations and conduct exit interviews to gather data; * Deliver institutional and cultural onboarding for new employees, including initial follow-up; * Develop, review, and update internal policies to ensure standardization and language aligned with company culture; * Organize and maintain job classification and compensation structure, supporting leadership in internal career progression and growth; * Support internal mobility criteria and career development; * Interface with HR Administration (DP) (without executing payroll, employee registration, or legal compliance tasks); * Identify training needs and organize development pathways; * Manage internal and external training courses, tracking participation and progress; * Support internal marketing initiatives, internal communications, and campaigns; * Produce internal content for corporate TVs and announcements; * Mediate internal conflicts through active listening and follow-up; * Organize and manage checklists for onboarding, role changes, and offboarding; * Perform access creation and removal according to defined internal procedures; * Maintain confidentiality and responsibility when handling sensitive information. Salary: * R$ 5.000,00 to R$ 6.000,00 Benefits: * Meal Allowance: R$ 22.00 per working day * Unimed Health Plan (Co-payment): up to R$ 50.00 per month for exams covered by the company; amounts exceeding this are the employee’s responsibility Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM Academic Qualifications: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Requirements: * Solid experience as a Generalist HR professional (senior level); * Proven experience in prior HR implementation/structuring (end-to-end process); * Proficiency with technology (systems, spreadsheets, and simple processes); * Strong communication skills, active listening, and organizational ability; * Responsibility and confidentiality regarding sensitive information; * Genuine desire to learn, grow, and evolve alongside the company; * Flexible and collaborative mindset (company culture differs from traditional HR environments).
