




Work in the Human Resources area of Brasif Máquinas, with a focus on the training division. **Responsibilities and duties** Plan technical, commercial, and other departmental training programs involving Brasif Máquinas. Interact with the training departments of Brasif’s partner manufacturers, such as Case, FPT, and Hyster-Yale. Monitor training matrix indicators for the company. Manage internal training through the internal platform – Moodle. Collaborate with leadership teams to implement internal and external training programs. Control training-related expenses. Oversee the English language program delivered to leadership. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree; Psychology or Business Administration preferred. Advanced Excel skills.
