A professional who will support fleet controllers in client fleet management requests * Engage directly with the client’s logistics operators; * Manage a team (fleet controller); * Administer and oversee vehicle fleet maintenance; * Coordinate administrative and operational routines; * Monitor operational processes and evaluate their outcomes; * Prepare technical reports and presentations for management; * Serve clients in a manner that ensures peace of mind and security regarding maintenance; * Act in accordance with the Integrated Management Policy (Safety, Quality, and Environment). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Computer literacy (Intermediate/Advanced Excel); * Knowledge of automotive mechanical maintenance; * Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics and/or related fields; * Experience managing teams; * Experience in the e-commerce sector is a plus; * Must reside within easy commuting distance of Jaboatão dos Guararapes/PE; * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** You’ll find all the traditional benefits you know—we offer those too.
