Job Summary: UX/UI professional to lead the development and maintenance of digital products, ensuring a user-centric and innovative experience. Key Highlights: 1. Experience **Mandatory Experience:** Experience with UX/UI projects across multiple platforms and devices (web, mobile, app, webapp, etc); Experience facilitating workshops such as Design Sprint and/or Lean Inception; Experience working with multidisciplinary teams. **Responsibilities:** Conduct UX activities supporting the development and maintenance of our digital products and websites; Lead discovery activities with stakeholders to map problems, risks, opportunities, and solutions for products; Design and build low-, mid-, and high-fidelity navigable interfaces and prototypes; Conduct usability tests to improve product experience; Carry out user research, hypothesis validation, and data analysis; Influence and promote a user\-centric culture within your areas of involvement; Collect feedback and analyze data on launched products/features to identify interface optimization needs; Oversee end-to-end implementation, participate in ceremonies, and apply best design practices; Influence decision-making regarding optimal solutions by leveraging data and bridging business/user needs with technical feasibility; Assist in preparing programs and delivering training related to your area of expertise and/or integrated initiatives; Participate in the development, execution, control, and updating of processes within your area. Responsibilities * Serve and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. * Prepare reports, technical opinions, correspondence, texts, and documents related to your area of expertise. * Develop, execute, and monitor projects, systems, research, policies, programs, and events within your area of expertise and/or integrated initiatives. * Analyze and perform technical activities to ensure stability, availability, performance, standardization, and configuration of database, network, and system environments. * Analyze, develop, implement, and maintain up-to-date procedures for access, usage, recovery, and security of databases across various operational environments. * Perform needs assessment, specification, documentation, development, implementation, maintenance, installation, configuration, testing, and acceptance of hardware, software, and applications. * Develop and execute software architecture activities. * Monitor operational environments, diagnose issues, and resolve them.
