Main Responsibilities Site Measurement * Technical survey (doors, windows, façades, ACM, glass curtain walls) * Level, plumb, and square verification * Identification of interferences Technical Budgeting (ESSENTIAL) * Quantity takeoff * Selection of aluminum profiles, glass, and hardware * Preparation of complete budget * Technical support during commercial negotiations Planning and Execution * Define installation sequence * Ensure team arrives with correct materials * Monitor strategic projects * Resolve technical issues on-site Organization and Processes * Create measurement checklists * Standardize installation procedures * Reduce errors and rework Mandatory Requirements * Qualification in **Building Technology** * Construction site experience * **Budgeting experience (critical advantage)** * Ability to read construction drawings * **Valid driver's license** * **Personal vehicle (car or motorcycle)** Preferred Qualifications * Experience with **aluminum windows/doors, glass, or ACM** * Prior work with **façades or glass curtain walls** * Knowledge of cost composition * AutoCAD proficiency or advanced technical drawing reading skills Compensation * Salary: (commensurate with role) * Cost-of-living allowance / fuel reimbursement * Performance bonus Payment: R$1\.635,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Food basket * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal voucher Willingness to Travel: * 100% (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
