Job Summary: The Delivery Fleet Mechanic is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and minor repairs to ensure the proper operation and safety of delivery vehicles. Key Highlights: 1. Description: Job Responsibilities: Position: Delivery Fleet Mechanic * Department: Maintenance / Fleet * Service Type: Light and preventive maintenance * Immediate Supervisor: Fleet Coordinator or Maintenance Supervisor Job Objective: * Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on Delivery Fleet vehicles to ensure their proper operation, safety, and availability. Main Activities: * \- Conduct preventive inspections (fluid levels, tires, lights, and safety items). * \- Perform simple replacements (oil, filters, bulbs, wiper blades, fuses). * \- Carry out minor mechanical and electrical repairs (belts, hoses, wiring harnesses). * \- Inspect and adjust brakes, suspension, and component lubrication. * \- Assist in initial fault diagnosis and refer complex services to specialized workshops. * \- Accompany vehicles to external workshops when necessary. * \- Complete service orders and maintenance checklists. * \- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the work environment and tools. Desirable Qualifications: * \- Experience with maintenance of utility vehicles (delivery line). * \- Basic knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and preventive maintenance. * \- Awareness of occupational safety. * \- Ability to complete simple documentation.
