




Job Summary: A pharmacy professional responsible for customer service, medication information, sales registration, and inventory organization and control. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and provision of information on products and services. 2. Sales execution, sales registration, and cash closing. 3. Product organization, expiration date control, and pricing. * Provide information on medications, products, and services offered by the pharmacy. * Clarify doubts regarding dosage and indications, respecting legal limits and referring customers to the pharmacist when necessary. * Identify customer needs and recommend additional products to increase sales. * Register sales in the system and issue invoices. * Receive payments in cash, credit/debit card, or other payment methods. * Perform cash closing at the end of each shift. * Maintain the counter and shelves organized, clean, and adequately stocked. * Verify product expiration dates and flag expired or soon-to-expire items. * Ensure products are correctly priced.
