Job Summary: A Wind Mechanical Assembler performs assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of wind turbine components, interpreting technical drawings and operating tools. Key Highlights: 1. Interpretation of technical drawings and use of tools **MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER \- WIND POWER** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Technical or vocational training in Mechanics or related fields (preferred). * Experience in industrial mechanical assembly or wind power projects. * Availability for travel and fieldwork. **Responsibilities:** * Assemble and disassemble mechanical components of wind turbines, including nacelles, hubs, blades, generators, gearboxes, and other systems. * Perform adjustments, alignments, fixings, and bolt torqueing according to technical specifications. * Assist in installation and positioning of equipment and metal structures during wind tower assembly. * Interpret technical drawings, assembly procedures, and work instructions. * Use required hand, electric, and hydraulic tools to carry out tasks. * Support lifting operations, component preparation, and material organization for assembly. * Conduct visual inspections of mechanical components to identify potential damage or non-conformities. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on mechanical components as needed. * Work at heights and in confined spaces in compliance with applicable safety regulations. * Strictly adhere to safety procedures, PPE usage, and work standards applicable to wind farms. * Maintain workplace organization and proper care of used tools and equipment. **Technical Knowledge:** * Reading and interpretation of mechanical drawings * Machining processes and cutting parameters * Metrology and geometric tolerances **Competitive market-based salary** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 07:00 to 17:00 * Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the company * Basic food basket awarded based on attendance * Cost-of-living allowance Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.785,88 \- R$2\.380,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
