Job Summary: We are seeking a Textile Engineer to develop and improve textile products, supervise manufacturing processes, and collaborate on R&D initiatives, ensuring quality and efficiency. Collaboration in Research and Development projects We are looking for a dedicated Textile Engineer to work onsite at our facility located in Horizonte, CE. This role involves developing and improving textile products, supervising manufacturing processes, and collaborating on research and development projects. The professional will also be responsible for ensuring quality and efficiency in production processes and for maintaining effective communication to coordinate with internal teams and suppliers. This is a full-time position. * **Textile Industry:** Experience in the textile sector and knowledge of fabrics and their properties. * **Manufacturing Processes:** Familiarity with textile industry production processes and skills to ensure operational efficiency. * **Research and Development:** Ability to participate in or lead R\&D initiatives for product innovation and optimization. * **Communication:** Clear and collaborative communication skills to work effectively in teams and negotiate with suppliers and partners. * Additional competencies, such as proficiency in technical standards, knowledge of quality certifications, and fluency in English, will be important differentiators.
