Perform periodic forecast reviews, adjusting projections according to actual data. Support the development of financial scenarios for decision-making. Compare actual vs. budgeted results and identify significant variances, providing detailed explanations. Create reports analyzing direct and indirect costs. Suggest actions to optimize expenses. Develop and update management reports using advanced Excel, ERP (TOTVS), and BI tools. Ensure consistency and integrity of data used in analyses. Build financial models for project feasibility, investment, and new contract analysis. Perform financial impact simulations considering different variables. Extract and process data from ERP (TOTVS) and other databases using SQL or integration tools. Reconcile data across systems and internal reports. Collaborate with other departments (Purchasing, Operations, HR, Sales) to gather information and understand results. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields. Familiarity with financial modeling, whether in Excel, ERPs, or other dedicated FP&A / BI tools. Knowledge of BI and data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau). Experience with TOTVS system.
