Job Summary: Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies, governance, infrastructure, and system integration, managing teams and vendors. Key Highlights: 1. Integration of enterprise systems and data solutions. **Job Description:** Develop and implement the company's strategic IT and digitalization plan; Establish and maintain IT governance, including access management, processes, and business requirements; Manage and optimize technological infrastructure (networks, servers, security, and data center); Implement and monitor information security policies and access controls; Manage the operation, maintenance, and evolution of the ERP system (TOTVS Protheus) and other corporate systems; Integrate enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, MES, IMS), ensuring process efficiency; Design and promote data solutions, including BI, Data Warehouse, and managerial dashboards; Lead IT teams and manage vendors, ensuring performance, development, and delivery of results. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields; Completed postgraduate degree or MBA in IT Management, Information Security, IT Governance, Data, or related areas; Proven experience in managing IT teams and administering corporate systems; Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking); Experience with TOTVS Protheus ERP; Knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, information security, and corporate environments); Experience with system integration (WMS, MES, or similar); Experience in IT governance, KPI management, Business Intelligence (BI), and data analysis. **Desirable:** Knowledge of information security standards and practices, such as ISO 27001; Experience with Data Warehouse, data modeling, and data architecture; Familiarity with Brazilian tax systems (NF-e, SPED, SEFAZ); Certifications in IT frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL, COBIT, Information Security, or Cloud platforms.
