Execution of activities related to people management and labor relations based on the following main responsibilities/demands (common to Urban Distribution, Logistic Support, Push and Pull operations): – Recruit, select, onboard, train, monitor, manage career paths, implement motivational actions, control working hours, handle labor liabilities, and perform offboarding routines related to employee movements within the unit; – Monitor and execute Excellence Programs and DPO/VPO; – Train and update corporate standards related to the people area; – Provide internal consulting support to other areas within the unit; – Manage compensation practices (fixed and variable) and benefits packages; – Provide necessary conditions to maintain the unit's organizational climate at satisfactory levels; – Comply with legislation and maintain safe working conditions for the team; – Process necessary information for closing the unit's payroll; – Manage benefits and maintain relationships with service providers; – Perform related tasks as requested by supervisors; – Carry out Geste & Gestão routines in accordance with People Cycle, Training and Development, Engagement, Safety, and other processes; – Strictly comply with all company and client procedures, standards, and specifications; – Properly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company; – Commit to operational goals defined jointly with the client, DPO/VPO, and Excellence Program; – Demonstrate personal and professional behavior consistent with the role.
