Our mission is to bring health and well-being to your home through fresh, carefully cultivated products. **We are hiring a Driver**, tasked with delivering and safely and efficiently transporting goods, ensuring deliveries are made according to the pre-defined route. In addition to driving the vehicle, the professional handles loading and unloading of products, delivers invoices, collects signed delivery receipts and boxes, and maintains and cleans the vehicle, ensuring it remains in optimal condition for operations. process of receiving, sanitizing, sorting, packaging, and storing vegetables and leafy greens. This role ensures products reach customers or stores with quality, meeting hygiene and preservation standards, and on time to prevent distribution delays. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Vehicle Preparation and Inspection:** Assess vehicle conditions before departure on the route, verifying essential safety and operational items. Perform preventive vehicle maintenance and report any repair needs. Ensure vehicle cleanliness and organization for appropriate cargo transport. * **Loading and Unloading:** Be responsible for loading and unloading one’s own vehicle. Assist in loading and unloading other vehicles when necessary. Organize cargo safely and strategically to facilitate deliveries in route order. * **Delivery Route Execution:** Follow the assigned route, maintaining consistency in daily deliveries. Drive the vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to traffic regulations. Ensure correct delivery of goods to customers, verifying cargo and invoices upon delivery. * **Documentation Management and Material Return:** Deliver corresponding invoices for each delivery. Collect signed delivery receipts and other documents confirming deliveries. Return empty boxes and other materials as required. * **Care and Accountability:** Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and meet expected quality standards. Maintain effective communication with the logistics team to report any incidents occurring along the route. Be accountable for vehicle upkeep, including cleaning and identifying maintenance needs.
