Job Summary: Professional to support laboratory processes, perform sample analyses and paint testing, ensuring quality and standardization of activities. Key Highlights: 1. Suggest improvements to laboratory procedures #### **About the position:** * Monitor laboratory processes to ensure activity standardization and quality in accordance with established specification standards. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Perform sample analyses to verify whether product quality complies with standard and packaging specifications; * Monitor OC analysis to understand workflow and prepare technical reports; * Enter technical data into control spreadsheets with test results; * Observe and suggest opportunities for improvement in procedures; * Request environmental department to collect materials for disposal; * Conduct paint evaluations and tests according to provided instructions; * Adjust products as needed, based on existing historical data; if deviations without historical precedent occur, contact technical staff or coordination for guidance. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Technical program in Chemistry or related fields #### **Desirable requirements (differentiators):** * Quality Management; * Knowledge of Brazilian Technical Standards (NBRs); * Familiarity with Totvs; * Intermediate Excel proficiency. #### **Benefits:** ️ Free on-site cafeteria Flexible Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance Profit Sharing Program (PPR) – annual payment Wellhub (formerly Gympass) – for you and up to 3 dependents Psychological Support – exclusive partnership with psychologists offering affordable rates.
