As a customer service intern, you will be responsible for: * Attending to and clarifying customer inquiries clearly and concisely, providing detailed information about services or processes to promote satisfaction. * Delivering personalized service, providing agile and efficient support to ensure the best customer experience. * Scheduling in-person and WhatsApp appointments for examinations in the system. * Collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and the efficient daily operation of services. **BENEFITS** Internship stipend: R$ 850 + Transportation Voucher + Basic Food Basket. **REQUIREMENTS** Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Administration, Business Management, Commercial Management, or related fields. **LOCATION** Maraponga and Messejana units. **WORK HOURS** Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day. Maintaining emotional control in high-volume or high-pressure situations Description CEQUIP is looking for a **Cashier (PCD)** to join our team and contribute to the company’s financial and administrative operations. The professional will be responsible for providing friendly customer service, issuing tax documents, and ensuring the organization and verification of payment records. We seek someone who is communicative, committed, detail-oriented, experienced in the role, and proficient with the tools and systems used in the sector. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college enrollment in administrative, accounting, or related fields is desirable); * Prior experience as a Cashier or in similar roles; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); * Familiarity with ERP systems; * Knowledge of tax invoice and bill issuance; * Ability to operate card machines and other payment methods; * Strong communication skills, courteous demeanor, and attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** * Issue tax invoices, bills, promissory notes, receipts, and duplicate invoices; * Operate credit and debit card machines; * Record, verify, and control received payments; * Maintain organization, verification, and archiving of financial documents; * Serve customers courteously, patiently, and calmly, maintaining emotional control even during high-volume or high-pressure situations; * Ensure proper cash register operation and compliance with internal company procedures.
