We are seeking a Graphic Designer to work onsite at our office in the Saco Grande neighborhood (Florianópolis/SC), directly collaborating with the creative and marketing teams. The primary objective of this role is to conceptualize and develop strategic visual assets that translate website content and campaigns into clear, engaging, and brand-identity-aligned materials. **Responsibilities** * Design advertising banners (static and animated) for campaigns. * Develop landing pages, website visual elements, and editorial design materials. * Edit promotional videos and multimedia content. * Lead micro-branding projects, ensuring visual consistency across products and channels. * Create print-ready graphic materials, guaranteeing technical accuracy and final quality. * Produce illustrations as required by the team. * Perform minor HTML/CSS mockups and CMS adjustments. * Participate in internal meetings, alignment sessions, and delivery validations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising & Public Relations, or related fields. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). * Experience working in Apple macOS environment. * Updated portfolio demonstrating practical experience (minimum 1–2 years). * Ability to drive projects to final artwork. * Attention to detail, organization, and creativity. **Desired Technical Skills** * Canvas and Filmora * Figma * Video editing and post-production * Illustration * HTML/CSS (front-end) and CMS * UI Design, applying usability and visual design principles **Behavioral Competencies** * Creativity and problem-solving mindset * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to lead internal alignment sessions and meetings **Employment Details** * **Work model:** Onsite * **Location:** Saco Grande neighborhood, Florianópolis/SC * **Working hours:** * **Monday to Thursday:** 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM * **Friday:** 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM * **Salary:** R$ 3.800,00 * **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (VA) * Transportation allowance (VT) **Diversity and Inclusion** Our selection process is conducted inclusively and fairly, valuing competencies, experiences, and professional trajectories regardless of age, gender, origin, race, or disability. **Candidates with Disabilities (PCD) will receive priority in evaluation.** Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Do you have an updated portfolio?
