




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Develop suppliers through negotiations, aiming to maintain or improve quality, availability, and competitiveness of procured products and services; focusing on continuous cost reduction; \- Develop, refine procurement procedures, checklists, and policies; \- Plan and supervise departmental demands, ensuring compliance with departmental standards, policies, and procedures; \- Conduct quotations and purchase orders, monitoring the entire process from supplier request to delivery to the customer; \- Oversee inventory processes, ensuring product availability to meet operational demands without disrupting operations; including quantitative procurement forecasting in collaboration with other departments; \- Organize and control internal mail distribution logistics (high volume), maintaining full traceability in compliance; \- Ensure proper financial flow for all departmental processes; \- Prepare management reports and measure departmental KPIs; \- Forecast production requirements to maintain lean inventory turnover while meeting demand; \- Carry out people and team management processes, among other related activities.
