Transparency in all our actions and communications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist network installation technicians with basic and daily tasks as directed; * Support the installation and assembly of infrastructure for optical cable deployment and routing; * Assist technicians in providing technical support and help customers resolve issues, meeting their needs with courtesy and promptness; * Support diagnosing potential connectivity issues, checking fiber signal strength, and conducting speed and bandwidth tests; * Ensure adherence to work schedules, especially during emergency infrastructure and fiber network maintenance, as per planning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of measurement equipment, optical splicing, optical cable deployment, optical fiber, fusion techniques, installation and maintenance of optical splice closures, and router configuration; * Availability to perform on-call duties; **Additional Information** **Regarding benefits, we offer:** * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance.
