As an Occupational Safety Engineer, your primary objective will be to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and labor and social security legislation, acting in a consultative capacity alongside Occupational Safety Technicians and partner departments. You will be responsible for validating technical documents, proposing process improvements, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring occupational health and safety (OHS) events comply with eSocial requirements across all business units. We seek an analytical, organized individual with strong technical responsibility and leadership to evolve processes and strengthen safety culture. **Your key deliverables:** ----------------------------- * Validate regulatory documents prepared by Occupational Safety Technicians, ensuring consistency in identified risks and proposed control measures; * Develop and standardize operational procedures for the department, considering the specificities of each unit; * Issue and monitor Technical Responsibility Statements (ART) with the relevant professional council; * Provide technical support to Occupational Safety Technicians in preparing legal documents and clarifying current legislation; * Establish and review workflows, promoting alignment with interfacing departments; * Track expiration dates of legal documents and manage backlogs; * Ensure systems correctly transmit OHS-related eSocial events; * Monitor departmental KPIs, analyze data, and propose action plans when needed; * Serve as the focal point for Occupational Safety projects (alignment, pilot, communication, and go-live); * Identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalization; * Work in accordance with the department’s Agile culture, participating in established ceremonies and rituals. **Profile we’re seeking:** ------------------------ Experience in large enterprises; * * Experience in the same industry; * Degree in Engineering (any field) or Architecture, with a postgraduate specialization (Lato Sensu) in Occupational Safety Engineering; * Active registration with CREA as an Occupational Safety Engineer; * Up-to-date knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs), eSocial, and Social Security; * Experience preparing and validating technical documents such as PGR, LTCAT, AET, AEP, and reports on unhealthy and hazardous working conditions; * Analytical and organized profile, with strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively with diverse departments; * Experience in structured environments with Agile culture. **Preferred qualifications:** ------------------------------------ * Prior experience with occupational safety transformation or digitalization projects; * Experience in multi-unit or decentralized operations; * Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, intermediate Excel, RM System, Zendesk, Jira Production, and Quírons System. **Selection process stages:** * **Application** \- Submission of application; * **Mindsight** – Work-style assessment; * **Talent Acquisition** \- Competency-based interview with recruitment team; * **Final Interview** \- Final discussion with management for alignment; * **BP Interview** \- Conversation with the Business Partner about culture and values; * **Offer** \- Final stage of the selection process, including the job offer. **Note:** Additional or modified stages may apply depending on process requirements.
