Therefore, access monitors receive training to deliver efficient and high-quality service, ensuring the security of our clients. For this role, it is essential to maintain attention to detail and communicate clearly and objectively to convey confidence in transmitted information. **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring cameras to provide service; * Remote assistance via telephone for field teams and clients; * Controlling access to condominiums; * Using a system for managing and tracking service requests. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Windows); * Experience with inbound and/or outbound telephone customer service; **Available Shifts:** * 12x36 schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Benefits:** Meal allowance of BRL 27.29 per workday Transportation voucher with 6% payroll deduction Dental plan **Location:** Palhoça Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: BRL 1,800.00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Partner programs and commercial discounts * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed High School (Mandatory) Experience: * Customer service (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
