




### **JOB DESCRIPTION** We have an internship opportunity supporting the development of consulting engineering projects, with a focus on drainage, water resources, and environmental studies. **Main responsibilities:** * Support the preparation of consulting engineering projects and reports, including studies, basic designs, feasibility studies, and executive projects; * Support the conduct of hydrological studies and modeling for maximum, average, and minimum flows; * Support the development of hydrodynamic models in various contexts, with emphasis on simulations for drainage; * Support the production of materials related to the National Dam Safety Policy, such as Emergency Action Plans (PAEs), Dam Safety Plans (PSBs), and Dam Safety Review Reports (RPSBs); * Support the preparation of cartographic products and environmental component studies, as well as watershed diagnostics. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Sanitary and Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Water Resources Engineering; * Experience with AutoCAD and QGIS software. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience preparing hydrological, hydraulic, and drainage studies; * Completion of coursework in hydrology and hydraulics; * Proficiency in English and/or Spanish; * Experience with hydraulic modeling tools, such as HEC\-RAS and SWMM; * Experience with hydrological modeling tools, such as HEC\-HMS, MHD\-INPE, and MGB; * Programming knowledge. ### **BENEFITS** Internship stipend; Transportation allowance (VT); Meal voucher (VR); Life insurance; Birthday day off; Clinical psychologist; Fruits and coffee available on office floors. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract type:** Internship
