




We are looking for a **Financial Assistant** to work in the **Financial BPO** model, directly representing the **M Dutra Accounting Services** office at the client's premises. This person will be responsible for carrying out operational financial routines, ensuring the organization, control, and reliability of information and processes under the department's responsibility. **Main responsibilities:** * Perform daily journal entries and bank reconciliations; * Carry out control and verification of accounts payable and receivable; * Issue and verify invoices, bills, and payment receipts; * Support cash flow management and preparation of financial reports; * Directly interface with the accounting office for document and information submission; * Organize and archive financial documents both physically and digitally; * Support administrative and financial requests from the client according to guidance from M Dutra's BPO team. **Requirements:** * Completed high school (preferably ongoing technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields); * Previous experience in financial routines; * Proficiency in Excel and financial management systems; * Good communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail; * Proactive profile and ability to handle diverse demands and people. **Advantageous qualifications:** * Prior experience in Financial BPO or accounting offices; * Familiarity with financial automation platforms (Conta Azul, Nibo, Omie, or similar). **What we offer:** * Development opportunities in a dynamic and collaborative environment; * Training and support from the M Dutra team; * Practical experience managing finances for companies across different sectors.
