We are pioneers of the “New Motel Concept”, a model launched in 2020 that transforms motels into authentic urban resorts — modern, welcoming, and designed for special moments. We are hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our team and provide an outstanding experience to our customers and partners. Key Responsibilities: 24/7 online customer support via WhatsApp across all 24 locations; Reservation and booking management; Conflict resolution with customers; Sales of décor packages and menu items; Direct front desk support. **Work Location:** Office located at Square SC (Saco Grande neighborhood, Florianópolis). Please verify the location and your commuting availability. * Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM * Work Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: BRL 2,220.70 (plus night shift allowance, if applicable) Meal Allowance: BRL 400.00 (increases to BRL 600.00 after 90 days); Fuel Allowance: no payroll deduction; Transportation Voucher: 6% payroll deduction; Attendance-based Day Off + 6 annual leave days; Drops Loyalty Club (tenure-based bonus); Life Insurance; Unimed Health Plan with fixed monthly fee; Annual team-building events.
