Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers Job Opening: Procurement Analyst We are seeking a **Procurement Analyst** to join our team. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the procurement of materials and services with quality, optimal cost-benefit ratio, and within established deadlines. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers * Procure materials, supplies, and services * Analyze costs, delivery timelines, and payment terms * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers * Monitor purchase orders and ensure adherence to deadlines * Manage and update supplier records * Support cost reduction and process optimization * Prepare reports and performance indicators for the department Requirements: * **Completed undergraduate degree** in Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields * Experience in procurement * Knowledge of negotiation and cost analysis * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication abilities Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in healthcare or outpatient settings * Knowledge of ERP systems * Experience in inventory control Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.511,79 - R$4.605,22 per month Benefits: * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
