




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; * Full availability of schedule; * Active Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF) registration. * Substitutes pharmacists at branches during vacations, days off, or leave, including in other cities, as requested; * Receives medical prescriptions and dispenses medications, instructing customers on their proper use; * Completes customer service by charging for products/medications; * Manages inventory control of controlled drugs and dispenses them based on medical prescriptions; * Authorizes discounts on products for customers; * Resolves occasional issues with health insurance plans, credit cards, fiscal cancellations, sales returns, and other store activities; * Manages staff, monitoring working hours and delegating tasks; * Assists in implementing the 5S program at the branch, ensuring compliance; * Counts cash in the safe, reconciling system values with physical cash to prevent discrepancies; * Completes store temperature control spreadsheets—including refrigerator and psychotropic drug room—ensuring temperatures comply with health surveillance regulations; * Verifies batch numbers of psychotropic and antibiotic medications, confirming that the physical product batch matches the batch recorded in the system and on the distributor’s invoice, requesting correction letters for batches when necessary; * Prepares reports of incoming invoices for psychotropic and antibiotic medications; * Reviews medical prescription reports to verify whether dispensed medications align with prescribed medical instructions, subsequently submitting the file to the National Controlled Products Management System (SNGPC); * Conducts weekly balances of psychotropic and antibiotic medications, printing a report from the Back Office system and verifying whether inventory matches the report; * Performs monthly reconciliation of the aforementioned balances, identifying possible inventory discrepancies for medications and products; * Adjusts, via system when required, discrepancies arising from order receipts; * Administers injectables when stationed at Drogaria Catarinense; * Performs ear piercing using appropriate instruments—e.g., piercing gun—when stationed at Drogaria Catarinense. 2512200202551929205
