This portfolio of operations aims to position us as Brazil’s leading private healthcare provider network. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Daily monitoring and management of surgical schedules, ensuring alignment of demand and availability of sterilized materials; * Organizing and sizing the team according to surgical and operational demand at the unit; * Managing conflicts and acting as an interface between departments, promoting effective communication and process integration; * Performing nursing-specific clinical activities within the CME scope, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards; * Organizing, controlling, and maintaining the work environment, safeguarding quality, cleanliness, and proper functioning of processes; * Managing processes, personnel, and internal workflows, focusing on operational efficiency, patient safety, and continuous service improvement; * Supervising routines for preparation, sterilization, storage, and distribution of materials and instruments; * Ensuring adherence to institutional protocols, sanitary surveillance regulations, and good practices related to the CME. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Active registration with COREN (Regional Nursing Council) of Santa Catarina state; * Prior experience in CME (Central Sterile Supply Department); * Flexible availability to work across different shifts; * Ability to lead teams and share technical knowledge; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and dynamism; * Capacity to retain, interpret, and apply technical information; * Completion of professional development, training, or specialization courses in Operating Rooms and/or CME will be considered advantageous. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance – Pluxee Multibenefits Card (Sodexo); * Transportation Allowance; * UNIMED Health Plan; * Amil Dental Dental Plan, extendable to dependents and affiliates; * Wellhub (Gympass), extendable to dependents; * Training Assistance Grant; * E-learning Training Platform.
