Responsible for coordinating the store’s daily operational routines, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, outstanding customer service, proper organization of spaces, and achievement of management-defined targets. * Supervise restocking, product placement, shelf layout, pricing, and expiration date control on shelves and display cases. * Monitor and guide in-store staff to ensure efficient, courteous, and proactive customer service. * Develop and monitor staff shift schedules and time-off plans, ensuring adequate coverage of key positions. * Conduct internal audits based on the Quality Management checklist to maintain operational standards. * Coordinate activities related to cleaning, restocking, warehouse operations, sales targets, and performance indicators. Work in compliance with hygiene, organization, quality, and safety standards. **Requirements:** * Experience: Proven leadership experience in food retail (supermarket or wholesale grocery). * Education: Completed high school diploma. * Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in fields such as Administration, Logistics, or Commercial Management; familiarity with store routines and operational auditing. * Profile: Active leadership, strong organizational skills, goal-oriented mindset, initiative, and effective communication.
