Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring solution reliability by building test pipelines for complex tax automations with precision, security, and scalability. Key Highlights: 1. Here, you’ll be the guardian of our solutions’ reliability, building test pipelines that guarantee complex tax automations function with precision, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities Define and implement testing strategies for releases and features; Develop and maintain automated tests for backend, APIs, and interfaces; Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, and performance tests; Validate data and consistency using SQL/PostgreSQL; Test REST APIs, containerized environments (Docker), and AWS infrastructure; Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability and code quality; Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and production bug investigations; Document processes, test cases, and maintain quality metrics. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in technology-related fields (preferred); 1–3 years of hands-on QA and automation experience; Python for test automation; Experience with REST API testing, contract testing, and integration testing; Git/Git Flow and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); PostgreSQL (data validation and queries); Bug tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.); Knowledge of AWS testing environments (EC2, RDS, Lambda); Execution of tests in Docker and isolated environments; Intermediate English for reading technical documentation; Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive profile with clear communication and a systemic perspective to identify and prevent failures before they reach users. Nice-to-Have Performance testing with JMeter, k6, or similar tools; **Automation frameworks:** Pytest, Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress; BDD/TDD practices and frontend testing with JavaScript/HTML/CSS; CI/CD test integration (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins); Quality monitoring, logging, and observability; Certifications (ISTQB, AWS, Agile Testing); Security testing knowledge (OWASP, vulnerabilities); Test data management strategies; Experience with microservices and distributed architectures; Technical portfolio or demonstrable projects.
