We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team in São José – SC. Main Responsibilities: \- Support sales flow and order picking; \- Register new products in the system and on the company website; \- Organize and control physical and online inventory, ensuring data accuracy; \- Issue purchase orders and invoices according to sales transactions; \- Monitor order tracking and dispatch to ensure delivery deadlines; \- Provide after-sales service via WhatsApp and Instagram, resolving customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction; \- Support other administrative tasks as needed by the department.
