**LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR** **Job Description:** - Supervise and guide the logistics team’s activities (receiving, warehousing, shipping, and transportation); - Plan and control cargo distribution and route planning, ensuring delivery deadlines and quality; - Monitor performance indicators (productivity, costs, service level) and propose improvements; - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedures; - Support negotiations with suppliers and carriers to optimize costs; - Prepare managerial reports to support decision-making; - Promote team development by providing feedback and training when necessary. **Requirements:** - Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; - Prior experience in supervising or coordinating logistics operations (warehousing, transportation, distribution, inventory); - Knowledge of inventory management, WMS, route planning, and performance indicators (KPIs); - Strong leadership and team management skills; - Proficiency in planning, organization, and decision-making; - Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday – Business Hours **Benefits:** Allowance: Work materials.
