Guide customers on beer styles and food pairings Position: Experienced Bartender – Killbrew \| Armazém Rita Maria Killbrew, a craft brewery renowned for its quality and creativity, is looking for an **experienced Bartender** to join our service team at Armazém Rita Maria. We seek someone passionate about hospitality, skilled in mixology, and curious about the world of craft beer. What You Will Do * Greet and serve customers with friendliness, efficiency, and technical knowledge * Prepare classic and original cocktails, and serve draft beers and craft beers with excellence * Guide customers on beer styles, food pairings, and menu recommendations * Keep the bar organized, clean, and fully stocked during shifts * Collaborate with the team to deliver a welcoming and unforgettable experience Requirements * Proven bartender experience (minimum 1 year) * Solid knowledge of classic and modern mixology * Interest in or familiarity with the craft beer universe * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and attention to detail * Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications * Bartending/mixology certification * Knowledge of craft beer styles and brewing processes Benefits * Salary: R$ 2\.500,00 * Transportation allowance: R$ 200,00/month * On-site meals * 20% discount on Killbrew brand products Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
