We possess extensive experience in occupational medicine and provide our clients with a suite of solutions focused on improving workers' health conditions. **You will work alongside our Technology team:** ** Collect, structure, and review internal data.• Ensure integrity, quality, and standardization of databases used by the department. • Build and maintain managerial dashboards and reports. • Develop dashboards for analyses supporting decisions related to revenue, churn, commercial KPIs, customer performance, and expansion potential. • Contribute to consolidating pipeline, renewal, forecasting, and customer portfolio behavior indicators. • Support recurring monthly/quarterly studies to evaluate results and performance indicators. • Maintain documentation and versioning of data, queries, and reports. • Follow established standards and methodologies for indicators, metrics, and nomenclature. • Collaborate with RevOps teams from Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing to deliver business-aligned information. **We expect you to have the following skills and attitudes:** Experience with dashboard platforms such as Dash, Looker, Grafana, or similar.• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (data processing, formulas, tables, and charts). • Basic SQL knowledge for simple queries and data modeling. • Ability to structure databases and operational data sources. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting business metrics, operational indicators, and revenue metrics. • Familiarity with data governance and best practices for versioning/documentation. • Skill in consolidating data from multiple sources and validating consistency. • Currently pursuing a degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Engineering, or a related field **Nice-to-have qualifications:** Administrative experience **Discover the benefits of joining our team:** **Meal allowance:** R$22.00 per working day (no deduction); **DENTALUNI:** Dental plan with no monthly fee, no copayment, and no waiting period after the probationary period; **SIDESC Agreement:** Health card offering discounts on medical consultations and clinical exams, with no monthly fee, no copayment, and no waiting period after the probationary period; **Mihmo App:** Free access to our team of psychologists, nutritionists, physical educators, nurses, and family physicians; Partnership with higher education institutions; Parking; Transportation voucher (6% deduction); Happy Fruits program; No dress code; Rest room; Monday to Friday — 08:00 to 18:00
