Buffet Service: Setup, restocking, temperature monitoring, sample collection, and counter service. Cleaning and Sanitation: Washing dishes, cutlery, pots, sinks, dining hall, and general kitchen areas. May be assigned to a fixed station or rotate as required by unit needs.
