




Job Summary: A kitchen professional responsible for receiving, sanitizing, and preparing food items; assisting in meal and snack preparation; and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receiving, sanitizing, and portioning of produce items 2. Assisting in meal and snack preparation, including coffee service setup 3. Maintaining hygiene and organization of the buffet area and kitchen in general **WORK SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM TO 7:00 PM** **SHIFT WORK: 12 HOURS ON / 36 HOURS OFF** **DUTIES:** * Receive produce items, sanitize, portion, and store them * Sanitize and cut vegetables, leafy greens, and herbs for salad preparation * Assist in and perform food preparation for meals * Prepare snacks and assist in organizing coffee services and other requested coffee breaks: fruits, cold cuts, cakes, coffee * Load dishes into the dishwasher and manually wash pots, basins, baking trays, and larger utensils * Compile vegetable inventory list for restocking requests \- Dietitian is handling this * Restock food items in the buffet * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buffet and kitchen: collect trash, wash trash bins, countertops, and cabinets * Defrost freezers and clean them, as well as refrigerators * Perform weekly deep cleaning of the kitchen Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1\.618,00 \- R$2\.131,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Kitchen experience (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
