Job Summary: Manage the facilities portfolio, optimize budgets, ensure service quality, and promote operational efficiency by leading initiatives and supporting corporate strategies. Acting as the single point of contact for clients and suppliers * Serve as the primary escalation point for the local client, ensuring prompt and effective response to requests. * Develop and manage operational budgets for facilities under responsibility, proactively monitoring variances and ensuring achievement of agreed targets, with emphasis on identifying efficiency opportunities and cost reduction. * Ensure suppliers meet quality standards in service delivery, control scope changes, and address unsatisfactory performance cases. * Ensure preventive maintenance is executed to maintain system reliability, promoting consistent practices across the entire portfolio. * Create and implement innovative programs and processes aimed at reducing operational costs in the short and long term, as well as increasing productivity. * Support corporate initiatives such as audits, compliance reviews, training programs, and other cross-functional activities, promoting their implementation across the regional portfolio. * Manage move, add, and change (MAC) activities, and collaborate on FF\&E procurement projects and client capital investments. * Prepare portfolio management reports as required by contracts or upon request. * Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, or Administration. * Intermediate level English and/or Spanish. * Solid experience in facilities leadership roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
