We are seeking a Quality Analyst to manage quality for new projects and products within an industrial precision casting environment, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and customer requirements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Preparing and reviewing quality documentation (PPAP per customer-required levels) • Developing and updating PFMEA (Process FMEA) • Preparing Control Plans and Process Flow Diagrams • Conducting MSA studies (Measurement Systems Analysis) • Performing capability analyses (Cp, Cpk) • Preparing dimensional and functional reports • Managing and updating project schedules (APQP) • Acting as liaison among Engineering, Production, and Quality • Supporting try-outs, validations, and initial production runs (ramp-up) • Identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions and process improvements • Ensuring traceability and compliance of production processes • Participating in new product industrialization (prototype → series) • Supporting internal, customer, and certification audits (e.g., IATF 16949) • Supporting failure and non-conformance analyses (8D, Ishikawa, etc.) **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Requirements Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related fields, plus practical experience in quality within an industrial setting.
