Job Summary: This Youth Apprentice Program offers department rotations to develop young individuals and assist them in choosing their future professional career. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to explore various departments of the cooperative Description: * High school student; * Enrolled in morning-shift schooling; * Demonstrated eagerness to learn; * Availability to work from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday); * Availability to work on-site in Coqueiros. You will join the Youth Apprentice Rotation Program. This program aims to provide exposure to various operational areas of the cooperative, enabling youth to identify the department most aligned with their professional aspirations. This aligns with the cooperative’s mission to nurture the young professionals currently working with us. What does this Rotation Program include? * You will rotate among departments every three months; * During each rotation, you will be assigned a Sponsor/Mentor to support and guide you; * You will conduct and receive a performance evaluation at the end of each rotation; * The program also includes an orientation session specifically designed for apprentices. Departments you will rotate through: * Administrative and Finance; * Digital PA (Commercial); * Products and Business; * Cooperative Member Relations. Your responsibilities will include: * Inventory control; * Handling service requests; * Cash-in-transit operations; * Quotation preparation for departments; * Promotional items management; * Support in departmental spreadsheet maintenance; * Operational support to PAs regarding products; * Operational support in tracking pending tasks; * Updating internal materials. 2511010202241353763
