Job Summary: As a Hostess at Grupo FIT, you will serve as the primary link between customers and the gastronomic experience, responsible for warm reception, flow organization, and operational support. Your main responsibilities and duties include: **Reception and Welcoming** * Greet customers warmly and energetically, ensuring a light and welcoming arrival. * Manage the waiting queue with organization and attention. * Escort customers to their tables, ensuring order and fluidity in the dining area. * Provide initial information about the menu and restaurant operations. **Flow Organization** * Monitor table occupancy and communicate status updates to leadership. * Coordinate closely with servers and waitstaff to ensure smooth service pace. * Observe customer needs during the first minutes of their experience. **Operational Support** * Support promotional campaigns, activations, and special events with professionalism and clarity. * Maintain a clean, organized reception area aligned with FIT’s presentation standards. * Alert leadership to any inconsistencies in customer flow or journey.
