Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and dynamic Order Processing Assistant to handle order sorting and organization, ensuring speed and accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. We seek an organized and dynamic professional to perform order sorting, ensuring speed and accuracy in task execution. **Main Responsibilities:** * Sort orders according to prescriptions, production orders, and/or internal notes * Verify compounded products, packaging, and quantities * Apply correct product labeling in compliance with technical and regulatory standards * Affix labels and seals, ensuring legibility and safety * Organize orders for shipment or pickup * Maintain a clean and organized workplace * Support internal order and deadline tracking * Strictly comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ANVISA regulations Requirements: * Completed high school education * Ability to work effectively in a team * Proactivity and responsibility **Schedule: Availability to work Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 9 PM, and Saturdays, 8 AM to 12 PM** **Work Location: Santo Antônio de Lisboa** Benefits: Merit Bonus: R$120.00/month \- paid via Flash card Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$30.00 per day (no 20% deduction) Fuel Allowance: R$200.00 per month OR Transportation Voucher (no 6% deduction) Unimed Health Plan, effective after the sixth month (monthly premium covered by the company) SESC Card (for you and your family to enjoy discounts on all SESC services across Brazil) 50% discount at Cine Paradigma (companion also receives the same discount) Work at Corporate Park — a beautiful, thoughtfully designed location fully integrated with nature Birthday Gift Card via Flash for you to enjoy on your birthday Birthday Day Off to celebrate your special day.
