Ensuring bar organization and an excellent customer experience We are seeking a **Bartender**, with a start date in early March 2026, for the **afternoon/night shift (12:00 PM to 8:00 PM)**, to provide customer service and operate the bar at our brewery. The candidate will be responsible for serving draft beer, preparing cocktails, producing bar ingredients, ensuring bar organization, and delivering an excellent customer experience. **Responsibilities** * Customer service at the bar counter * Serving draft beer and other beverages * Preparing classic and original cocktails * Producing bar ingredients (juices and syrups) * Assisting with goods receipt and product restocking * Keeping the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked **Requirements** * Prior experience as a bartender or bar server (preferred) * Basic knowledge of cocktail preparation * Agility, organization, and attention to detail * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with draft beer and craft beers * Training courses in bartending or mixology **We Offer** * Base salary (gross): BRL 2,500.00 * Transportation allowance: BRL 200.00 * On-site meals Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: BRL 2,500.00 – BRL 2,700.00 per month Work location: On-site
