Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Controller and Data Analyst to ensure the quality of financial data, support the preparation of financial statements and managerial analyses for decision-making. Propose improvements and automation of financial processes Description: We are looking for a Financial Controller and Data Analyst to ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of financial and accounting data, supporting the preparation of financial statements such as Income Statements (DRE) and Cash Flow Statements (DFC), updating key performance indicators (KPIs), and conducting essential managerial analyses for decision-making. Responsibilities: * Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial and accounting data. * Collect, organize, and structure data from various sources and systems. * Maintain updated, standardized, and traceable data repositories. * Consolidate information for managerial reports, Income Statements (DRE), Cash Flow Statements (DFC), and reconciliations. * Perform cross-checks between databases and documents to identify discrepancies. * Process and analyze data using advanced Excel (formulas, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards). * Create and maintain internal financial spreadsheets and controls. * Prepare analyses on variances, trends, and financial patterns. * Update and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). * Support internal audits with reviews of journal entries and documentation. * Organize documents, supporting evidence, and materials used in analyses. * Propose improvements, standardizations, and automation of financial processes. * Assist in preparing materials for meetings and strategic presentations. * Suggest and support implementation of automation using Excel, BI tools, SQL, or Python (where applicable). Requirements: * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience in financial, accounting, or data analysis routines. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of financial statements (Income Statement/DRE, Cash Flow Statement/DFC, reconciliations, provisions). * Familiarity with Google Workspace. * Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work with large volumes of data. * Availability for on-site work and travel. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or other BI tools. * Knowledge of SQL for queries and validations. * Knowledge of Python for analysis and automation. * Experience with ERPs or financial systems. * Involvement in process improvement, standardization, or automation initiatives. Technical Competencies: * Advanced Excel. * Financial and accounting routines. * BI tools. * Basic knowledge of SQL and Python. * Organization of large volumes of data. * Collaboration tools (Notion, ClickUp, or similar). * Internal controls.
