If you identify with our values and seek professional growth in a dynamic environment, this opportunity may be right for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Role Mission** Support the technical and operational back office of ACIF’s Health and Solutions area, ensuring agility, organization, and compliance in quotation processes, contract registration, document verification, sales support, and post-sales activities in partnership with consultants—contributing to a clear, secure, and efficient journey for members. This role is essential for ACIF to deliver high-quality, transparent health solutions with a strong focus on relationship management, reinforcing membership and commercial outcomes. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform quotations, proposals, protocols, and issuances; Execute document controls and information verification; Ensure organization and compliance of operational processes; Support administrative workflows related to contracts and commercial demands; Serve as the technical focal point for health insurance providers; Conduct negotiations for exceptions and more complex cases; Support consultants in sales and post-sales routines; Contribute to an agile and secure experience for members. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Business Processes, or related fields; Basic to intermediate knowledge of commercial processes; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; Strong aptitude for processes, routines, and operational controls. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in the healthcare sector—especially with health insurance providers, clinics, brokers, or companies engaged with health plans and medical agreements; Experience in commercial and administrative routines; Experience in consultative customer service and commercial operational support. **Behavioral Competencies** Organization and attention to detail; Analytical mindset; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Collaborative and proactive attitude; Sense of responsibility and commitment to deadlines; Aptitude for managing processes and routines; Member orientation and results focus. **Additional Information** Compensation: BRL 3,068.44 + Commission Meal and/or food allowance; Health and dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Birthday Day Off; We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where your skills will be developed and your professional growth accelerated.
