Together, we always deliver our best. **\#VemPraDasa \#DasaLovers \#VemSerDasa** **Important:** We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** The MDVp team is responsible for **boosting the commercial performance of units**, focusing on training, campaign activation, and performance tracking for Private Services, with emphasis on revenue growth and improved frontline execution. * Support the **execution of commercial campaigns** across units; * Conduct **operational and commercial training;** * Monitor **performance indicators** for the portfolio; * Support leadership in **developing frontline sales teams;** * Conduct unit visits to ensure **execution and standardization.** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** * Experience in training or developing sales teams; * Experience in commercial operations / customer service; * Ability to analyze indicators and monitor performance; * Strong communication skills and ability to influence teams; * Availability for unit visits. **Desirable** * Experience in healthcare or service sectors; * Experience in **training or commercial campaigns;** * Basic knowledge of **sales indicators;** * Experience in **retail, services, or healthcare.** **Additional Information** **Location: Florianópolis\- SC** Administrative base in Florianópolis, with 4 days per week visiting units (1 HO or as needed).
