As a Customization Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and satisfactory execution of the entire customization process for real estate developments—from customer service to final unit delivery—ensuring that customization requests are fulfilled according to technical standards, deadlines, and company policies, thereby contributing to a positive customer experience and enhancing the final product's value. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you on a daily basis:** * Monitor the full customization lifecycle of sold apartments, from request registration through completion of works. * Provide customer service, clarifying doubts regarding the process, available options, timelines, and additional costs. * Support customers in selecting finishes, layouts, and other customization items, ensuring options comply with technical standards and the development’s descriptive memorandum. * Prepare and review spreadsheets, reports, and controls related to customization requests. * Interface with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Post\-Construction departments to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to execution deadlines. * Physically monitor (where applicable) customization execution in units, validating quality and compliance with agreed specifications. * Control budgets, approvals, and billing related to requested customizations. * Ensure continuous updates to internal systems and documentation concerning completed customizations. * Support the development and updating of manuals, option catalogs, and customization policies. * Safeguard customer satisfaction and uphold the company’s quality and service standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** **Prerequisites:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields. **Desirable:** Experience in construction projects, customer service, and/or customization processes within construction companies or real estate developers. **Desired Knowledge and Skills:** Ability to read and interpret architectural and complementary project drawings; knowledge of civil construction materials and finishes; understanding of budgeting and cost control; proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel) and AutoCAD; familiarity with management software (ERP, Sienge, or similar) is desirable. **Additional Information** Here, you’ll find a collaborative environment filled with competent and committed professionals.
