As an Import Analyst, your main responsibilities will include: * Executing and monitoring the entire import flow of pharmaceutical raw materials, from order placement through warehouse receipt; * Verifying documents (Invoice, Packing List, AWB/BL, Certificate of Analysis) to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; * Submitting documents to the customs broker and monitoring clearance procedures with the Federal Revenue Service, ANVISA, and other approving authorities; * Monitoring deadlines and resolving pending issues to prevent clearance delays; * Maintaining contact with international suppliers to align delivery schedules and documentation; * Coordinating international and domestic transportation until warehouse delivery; * Updating import control spreadsheets and systems (order status, costs, timelines); * Monitoring performance indicators (lead time, freight cost, document compliance); * Ensuring compliance with foreign trade regulations, ANVISA requirements, and Nefer’s internal policies; * Supporting the Quality Assurance team in document verification and batch traceability; * Preparing progress reports and presenting them to supervision and management; * Suggesting improvements to import processes to enhance efficiency.
