Activities: * Perform cleaning and organization of the company's internal areas. * Sort, organize, and send linens to daily cleaning staff and partner laundries. * Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and replacement items. * Maintain organized, up-to-date inventory with requested replenishments as needed. * Carry out cleaning in managed apartments, following quality standards. * Assist in the general maintenance and organization of internal environments and properties under management. * Report repair needs, replacements, or irregularities to managers. * Ensure proper handling and storage of clean and soiled linens. * Support the operations team whenever requested in activities related to organization and cleaning. Previous experience in cleaning, especially in the hospitality industry, is required. Easy access to the Jurerê neighborhood in Florianópolis is necessary. Immediate start.
