Your mission as Store Manager As a Store Manager, you will be the primary leader of store operations. Your role is to ensure an organized, commercially driven store, with an engaged team and the customer at the center of everything. We seek someone who is present on the sales floor, hands-on, energetic, fast-paced, and capable of developing people through daily example. Responsibilities Leadership Culture * Lead the team based on Xambre Group’s culture: attitude, execution, presence, and daily example * Develop sales associates, trainees, and assistants, strengthening internal growth * Ensure alignment, clear communication, and consistent team follow-up * Create a light-hearted, engaged, and high-performance environment Store Operations * Ensure excellence in executing daily store routines * Monitor inventory, store organization, visual merchandising (VM), and brand operational standards * Plan staff schedules, days off, and track individual team performance * Maintain a well-organized, fully prepared store with full focus on customer experience Results Performance * Track goals, KPIs, and opportunities for improvement * Lead commercial strategies and internal campaigns * Apply analytical thinking, sense of urgency, and rapid decision-making * Ensure commercial momentum and daily operational execution Customer Experience * Guarantee excellent service across all customer interactions * Serve as a benchmark for delighting customers, professional demeanor, and problem resolution * Manage store energy, operational flow, and customer experience What we seek * Practical, present, and inspiring leadership * A profile demonstrating initiative, ownership mindset, and results focus * Strong communication skills and ability to develop people * Organizational skills, high energy, and operational awareness * Experience managing teams in retail * Experience with targets, KPIs, and commercial challenges * Flexibility to work across Belo Horizonte locations What we offer Benefits that make a difference ?
