Job Summary: The professional will manage and coordinate a portfolio of vertical residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols, while leading teams and implementing continuous improvements. Familiarity with Previson and Sienge software is a plus. Strong communication skills, interpersonal relationship abilities, leadership, decision-making capability, multidisciplinary team management, strategic vision, organization, results orientation, negotiation skills, clear communication, and conflict resolution. What awaits you on a daily basis: * Manage and coordinate a portfolio of construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality, and safety. * Plan, monitor, and control physical-financial project schedules. * Lead, guide, and develop technical and administrative teams on construction sites. * Monitor performance indicators (cost, schedule, quality, and workplace safety). * Ensure compliance with technical, legal, and occupational safety regulations. * Manage and oversee subcontractor and supplier contracts. * Validate measurements, contract amendments, and payment releases. * Prevent and resolve deviations, risks, and non-conformities. * Interface with executive management, clients, designers, and other internal departments. * Propose and implement continuous process improvements and construction management enhancements. 2512200202551929626
