**Job Description:** **Main Responsibility:** Translate Ábaco Urbanizadora's brand visual and strategic concepts into dynamic, creative, and high-quality audiovisual content, reinforcing institutional positioning and boosting the performance of digital and in-person campaigns. The Senior Motion Designer is responsible for transforming visual concepts into motion, bringing the brand to life. Requires a creative, technical, and detail-oriented profile, with a cinematic eye and mastery of rhythm, soundtrack, and storytelling. **Job Description:** * Create and plan videos, reels, animations, and motion graphics for campaigns, social media, and presentations. * Develop logo animations, bumpers, openings, and visual transitions. * Produce institutional, product, and tutorial videos, applying audiovisual language consistent with the brand's positioning. * Support digital campaigns with animated ads for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. * Collaborate with the Head of Creative on the visual concept development for videos and animated key visuals. * Work together with the Content & Social Media Analyst to adapt videos and reels for platforms. * Support the Event Producer in creating videos and panels for events, trade shows, and activations. * Ensure technical quality (resolution, duration, format, rendering) and compatibility with distribution platforms. * Organize and archive audiovisual materials in standardized folders, maintaining version history. * Develop visual concepts and graphic scripts for animations (storyboarding) **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Film, Advertising, or related fields. **Experience:** In motion design, video editing, and audiovisual production. **Other Qualifications:** * After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition, DaVinci Resolve (optional). * Experience with real estate campaigns, institutional storytelling, and animated KV creation. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Fuel card; * Health insurance (after 3 months of probation). **Format:** * On-site.
